  15.        When an incoming call is deleted, the user account
  16.        associated with that call is deleted only if the account was
  17.        created by the pppsetup tool.  The user account is not
  18.        deleted from the /etc/passwd file if the account existed
  19.        prior to running the pppsetup tool. The user should decide
  20.        whether the account should be removed or not. If it should
  21.        be removed, use the User Manager to remove it.
